1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SorcStash ("the Service"), operated by Mystweave ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SorcStash is a fan-made collection tracking tool for Sorcery: Contested Realm trading card game. The Service allows users to track their card collections, monitor publicly available market prices, and interact with other collectors through trading features.

SorcStash is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sorcery: Contested Realm, Erik's Curiosa, or any official Sorcery TCG entity.

3. User Accounts

Account creation and authentication is provided by Clerk, a third-party authentication service. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

SorcStash offers a free tier ("Seeker") and a paid subscription tier ("Sage"). Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the trading or messaging features to harass, spam, or defraud other users
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content

6. Intellectual Property

All card names, images, and game content related to Sorcery: Contested Realm are the property of their respective owners. Card images are displayed for identification purposes only.

The SorcStash name, logo, and original website code are the property of Mystweave. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without written permission.

7. Price Data Disclaimer

Price data displayed on SorcStash is sourced from publicly available marketplace listings and is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price data.

Price information should not be relied upon as the sole basis for buying, selling, or trading decisions. Actual transaction prices may differ significantly from displayed values.

8. User Content and Trading

You retain ownership of content you create on the Service (trade posts, messages, deck lists). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service.

SorcStash facilitates connections between traders but is not a party to any trades. We are not responsible for the outcome of trades arranged through the Service. Users trade at their own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystweave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
